Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, has been appointed Director of Welfare Services in the Lagos State APC Campaign Council ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Epe Insights reports that Olowa is among the political stakeholders named in the campaign council inaugurated by the Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress as preparations begin for the 2027 elections.
The campaign council is headed by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu as Chairman, with Deputy Governor and governorship candidate Kadri Obafemi Hamzat serving as Deputy Chairman.
Senator Musiliu Obanikoro is listed as Director-General, while the council includes party leaders, political office holders and other stakeholders assigned to various directorates and committees.
Olowa’s appointment places him within the Welfare Services Directorate, which forms part of the council’s broader administrative and campaign structure.
The Welfare Services Directorate includes other members tasked with supporting the council’s welfare-related responsibilities during the campaign period.
Olowa, who serves as Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, is also listed among the wider campaign council membership.
