As Christians around the world mark Good Friday, the Member of the House of Representatives for Epe Federal Constituency, Hon. Wale Raji, has called on Nigerians to embrace the virtues of love, compassion, and unity exemplified by Jesus Christ.
EpeInsights reports that in a heartfelt message to his constituents, Rep. Raji reflected on the significance of the day, describing the crucifixion of Christ as a profound reminder of selflessness, humility, and sacrifice.
“The road to Calvary was not one of comfort, but one paved with courage and forgiveness,” he said. “These virtues continue to serve as a guiding light, reminding us to live not just for ourselves, but for one another.”
He urged the people of Epe and Nigerians at large to draw strength from the example of Christ and remain steadfast in promoting peace, justice, and service to humanity.
