The Tinubu-Hamzat Epe Division Solidarity Front (THEDSF) has continued its stakeholder engagement across Epe Division with a strategic consultation visit to the All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Assembly flagbearer for Ibeju-Lekki Constituency I, Hon. Abiola Olowu.
Epe Insights reports that the visit forms part of THEDSF’s ongoing consultations ahead of its formal inauguration, as the group intensifies efforts to strengthen political alliances and expand grassroots mobilization across Epe Division.
The delegation was led by the Director-General of THEDSF, Comrade Giwa Moshood Olasupo, popularly known as G.M.O. Members of the group were warmly received by Hon. Olowu during the meeting.
Discussions centred on strategies for increasing grassroots participation and mobilising support ahead of the forthcoming general elections. Both parties also explored ways to deepen political engagement within communities across the division.
Speaking during the consultation, Comrade G.M.O. explained that THEDSF was established to encourage active political participation, particularly among young people in Epe Division.
He said the group is committed to promoting voter education and encouraging eligible citizens to participate actively in the democratic process through informed and responsible civic engagement.
According to the THEDSF Director-General, the movement also seeks to mobilise widespread grassroots support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the APC governorship candidate in Lagos State, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat.
Comrade G.M.O. noted that the organisation’s vision extends beyond election campaigns. He said THEDSF aims to nurture a new generation of politically conscious youths who will contribute meaningfully to democratic governance and community development.
He reaffirmed the group’s commitment to peaceful political participation, issue-based advocacy, and constructive collaboration with stakeholders across Epe Division.
The Director-General added that strategic partnerships with political leaders, community stakeholders, and residents remain essential to achieving the group’s objectives.
Responding, Hon. Abiola Olowu commended the leadership of THEDSF for its commitment to political awareness and youth mobilisation. He described the initiative as a timely platform for promoting responsible participation in the electoral process.
The APC House of Assembly flagbearer encouraged members of the group to remain united, disciplined, and focused on their mission of strengthening democratic participation at the grassroots.
Hon. Olowu also shared practical suggestions on improving community mobilisation. He stressed the importance of continuous engagement with residents, effective communication, and collaboration with party leaders and community stakeholders.
According to him, sustained interaction with grassroots communities will help build stronger public confidence and encourage greater participation in political activities.
The lawmaker further pledged his full support for THEDSF and assured the delegation of his readiness to work closely with the group in advancing its programmes and objectives.

He encouraged members to continue promoting peaceful political engagement while maintaining respect for democratic values throughout their advocacy efforts.
Observers described the consultation as another step in THEDSF’s efforts to strengthen relationships with political stakeholders across Epe Division ahead of its formal inauguration.
The visit also reflected the group’s commitment to expanding its network through dialogue, collaboration, and sustained grassroots engagement.
As THEDSF continues its consultations, the organisation says it remains focused on promoting political awareness, encouraging youth participation, and supporting initiatives that contribute to democratic development across Epe Division.
