Ikosi-Ejinrin Distributes Learning Materials

Pupils and students across Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area (LCDA) have received instructional materials and Children’s Day packages as part of the council’s commitment to promoting quality education and child welfare.

Epe Insights reports that the distribution exercise was held at the Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA Secretariat in Agbowa, where beneficiaries received educational supplies to support their studies during the Third Term of the 2025/2026 academic session.

The initiative forms part of the council’s continued investment in education and its efforts to provide learners with the tools needed to achieve academic success.

Items distributed included exercise books, pens, mathematical sets, snacks, and other instructional materials. The supplies are expected to ease the financial burden on parents while encouraging effective teaching and learning.

Representing the Executive Chairman, the Vice Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, Hon. Wasiu Dehinsilu, encouraged the students to remain focused on their education and strive for academic excellence.

He urged the beneficiaries to approach their studies with seriousness, discipline, and determination, reminding them that education remains one of the most important foundations for a successful future.

Hon. Dehinsilu reaffirmed the commitment of the Executive Chairman to the welfare and educational development of children across the council area.
