Ramadan Football Tournament has united Epe youths.
Epe Insights reports that Epe youths and football lovers came together to watch Day 5 of the Ramadan Football Competition at Salako Open Field in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city.
Agbala Ojota FC beat Oke Balogun FC 2-1 in a lively and tough match, winning the hearts of their fans. Cheers and applause filled the air as the final whistle blew, marking another thrilling moment in the Epe Community Gold Cup.
“This is more than just football; it brings the whole community together, especially during Ramadan,” said one of the organizers. “It’s great to see our youth playing with so much passion.”
Meanwhile, Epe Insights reports that the Ramadan football tournament is known for uniting the people of Epe, giving young players a chance to show their skills, and creating a fun and friendly atmosphere for everyone.
“This match was so exciting. We love coming here every evening to watch and support our teams,” said a fan from the crowd.
Both teams played well, but Agbala Ojota FC took their chances and scored the goals that made the difference. The players showed great energy, teamwork, and determination.
