The Executive Chairman of Lekki LCDA, Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), has announced the distribution of free 2026 JAMB forms to eligible indigenes.
Epe Insights reports that the initiative is designed to support qualified candidates seeking admission into tertiary institutions through the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.
According to the council, interested applicants can obtain the free JAMB forms at the Department of Education, located at the Lekki LCDA Council Secretariat.
The registration window runs from now until Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
Officials stated that the programme is strictly for indigenes of Lekki LCDA who meet the required eligibility criteria.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old to qualify for the offer.
Prospective beneficiaries are required to present their JAMB Profile Code and National Identification Number (NIN) slip.
Candidates must also provide photocopies of their O’Level results.
Two recent passport-sized photographs and a copy of their birth certificate are mandatory.
Eligibility further requires a minimum of five credits, including English Language and Mathematics.

Council authorities explained that the initiative aims to reduce the financial burden on parents and guardians.
The free JAMB form distribution is also intended to promote access to higher education among young people in the LCDA.
Engr. Kasali reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to educational development and youth empowerment.
Community stakeholders have described the gesture as timely, especially amid rising registration costs.
Residents say the intervention will encourage more students to pursue tertiary education without financial constraints.
Education officials urged qualified candidates to take advantage of the opportunity before the deadline.
The council emphasised transparency and fairness in the selection process.
This latest initiative adds to ongoing programmes focused on youth advancement within Lekki LCDA.
