Lekki LCDA Chairman Engages Stakeholders on Community Safety, Visits Local Health Centre

In a continued effort to promote peace and security within the community, the Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), held a strategic meeting with traditional leaders and security officials.

EpeInsights reports that the meeting, which took place on Monday, April 14, 2025, brought together respected Obas, community chiefs, and key security personnel to deliberate on the most effective ways to maintain law and order across the LCDA.

Described as cordial and solution-driven, the engagement underscored the Chairman’s commitment to inclusive governance and proactive security measures.

Also on Monday, Engr. Kasali after a long meeting on peace and security took care of some office work before proceeding to the Council’s Health Centre, where he personally interacted with patients, listened to their concerns and ensured their comfort and satisfaction with services rendered.

Rounding off his day, the Chairman addressed outstanding internal matters within the Council secretariat, attending to staff concerns and ensuring the smooth running of operations.
