Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, has celebrated the Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Taxation and Revenue, Hon. Ogungbo Abdul-Kabir Opeyemi, on the occasion of his birthday.
