As Christians mark Good Friday in solemn reflection, the Executive Chairman of Epe Local Government, Hon. Princess Surah Olayemi Animashaun, has extended warm greetings and best wishes to the people of Epe and beyond.
EpeInsights reports that in a goodwill message released to commemorate the day, the LG boss highlighted the spiritual essence of Good Friday and its enduring message of sacrifice, redemption, and hope.
“As we commemorate this sacred Good Friday, I extend heartfelt greetings and best wishes to you all. May the profound significance of this day infuse our community with hope, love, and peace,” he said.
She urged residents to use the occasion to reflect on the values of compassion, unity, and forgiveness, while also strengthening bonds within families and the wider community.
Hon. Animashaun, also called for continued prayers for peace, development, and progress across Epe and Lagos State at large, stressing the need for shared responsibility in building a stronger and more inclusive society.
