Lagos State University (LASU) has celebrated its 6th Chancellor, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Olufolarin Olukayode Ogunsanwo, JP, Telade IV, the Alara of Ilara Kingdom, on the occasion of his birthday.
Epe Insights reports that the Vice-Chancellor of LASU, Professor Ayodeji Olawunmi Badejo, on behalf of the Governing Council, Management, Senate, staff and students, extended warm birthday greetings to the traditional ruler.
Oba Ogunsanwo, Telade IV, serves as the Alara of Ilara Kingdom and is the 6th Chancellor of Lagos State University.
In the birthday message, the university described the monarch as a distinguished traditional ruler, accomplished leader and valued member of the LASU community.
The institution highlighted his contributions to education, community development and broader societal advancement.
