The Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali, MNSE, MNATE, has celebrated Mrs. Jemila Abdullahi Olowa, wife of the Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, on her birthday.
