The Executive Chairman of Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, has extended warm greetings to Muslim faithful as they commemorate Eid-el-Maulud, marking the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
Epe Insights reports that Akinloye called on Muslims to reflect on the values of peace, kindness, patience, compassion and forgiveness associated with the life and teachings of the Noble Prophet.
In his goodwill message, the Eredo LCDA chairman prayed that the sacred occasion would bring peace, joy, love and abundant blessings to Muslim families across the community.
Akinloye urged residents to draw inspiration from the exemplary life of Prophet Muhammad and promote peaceful coexistence in their daily interactions.
He emphasised the importance of kindness and compassion in strengthening relationships within families and communities.
The chairman also encouraged Muslims to embrace forgiveness and patience as essential values for building a harmonious society.
