The Tinubu-Hamzat Epe Division Solidarity Front (THEDSF) has congratulated APC Local Government and Local Council Development Area chairmen across Epe Division on their appointments as coordinators in the Lagos State APC Campaign Council.
Epe Insights reports that the group described the appointments as recognition of the chairmen’s roles in grassroots party administration across their respective local government areas and LCDAs.
The Lagos State APC Campaign Council was inaugurated on September 18, 2026, as part of the party’s organisational preparations for the 2027 general elections. The campaign structure includes coordinators and co-coordinators across LGAs and LCDAs.
In a congratulatory message signed by the Director-General of THEDSF, Comrade Giwa Moshood Olasupo, the group said the appointments come with responsibilities for coordinating party activities within the respective areas.
THEDSF said the new assignments place the chairmen in positions where they can engage party leaders, members, stakeholders and communities within their jurisdictions.
The group noted that the chairmen’s familiarity with their respective areas could assist them in carrying out their coordination responsibilities.
According to THEDSF, their experience in grassroots party administration and established relationships within their communities are relevant to their new assignments.
The solidarity front also called for effective coordination among party structures within the various LGAs and LCDAs.
It urged the newly appointed coordinators to maintain communication with stakeholders and encourage engagement across their respective communities.
THEDSF further emphasised the importance of grassroots connectivity in implementing campaign activities across Epe Division.
The group said coordination would require collaboration among party leaders, members, stakeholders and other relevant structures.
It also urged the appointees to approach their responsibilities with attention to inclusiveness, communication and stakeholder engagement.
The appointments cover local government and council development areas within Epe Division, placing the affected chairmen within the wider campaign structure of the Lagos State APC.
The Lagos APC campaign council includes different directorates and structures responsible for party affairs, administration, logistics, traditional institutions, residents’ associations and grassroots mobilisation.
THEDSF said the appointments underline the role of local structures in coordinating activities closer to communities.
The group expressed confidence that the chairmen would apply their organisational experience to their new responsibilities.
It also wished the coordinators wisdom, strength, unity and effective coordination as they begin their assignments.
The solidarity front urged them to maintain engagement with relevant stakeholders while working within the framework of the campaign council.
THEDSF further called for strategic mobilisation and strong communication across the grassroots structures.

The appointments come as political parties across the country prepare their structures ahead of the 2027 general elections.
For the Lagos APC, the inauguration of the campaign council formally established the structure through which campaign activities will be coordinated across the state.
The council’s structure includes senior party officials as well as coordinators assigned to local government and council development areas.
THEDSF said the Epe Division chairmen should use their new positions to strengthen communication and coordination among stakeholders at the grassroots.
The group also encouraged the coordinators to maintain effective relationships with party members and community stakeholders.
It described the assignments as responsibilities that require organisation, engagement and coordination within the affected areas.
