Thousands of residents and supporters in Ise Community gathered to welcome Rep. Wale Raji in a massive political reception described by stakeholders as a strong endorsement of his leadership.
Epe Insights reports that the gathering attracted traditional rulers, APC leaders, market women, youths, ward executives, and political supporters from different parts of Epe Federal Constituency.
The event also featured public support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Deputy Governor Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, Senator Tokunbo Abiru, and Hon. Abiodun Tobun.
Residents dismissed speculations of political disunity in Ise, insisting that the community remains firmly behind Rep. Wale Raji ahead of the forthcoming political exercise.

The colourful event transformed the community into a festive atmosphere filled with music, chants, cultural performances, and solidarity messages from supporters.
A major highlight of the gathering was the appearance of a revered traditional masquerade, described by community elders as a rare cultural honour reserved for highly respected personalities.
Speaking during the event, Ward B1 Chairman, Mr. Abolore, described claims that Ise had withdrawn support for Wale Raji as false and misleading.
According to him, the gathering was intentionally organized to publicly reaffirm the community’s support for the lawmaker’s return to the House of Representatives.

He stated that Wale Raji has continued to justify the confidence reposed in him through impactful representation and developmental projects across the constituency.
The ward chairman noted that the federal lawmaker has remained accessible to constituents while facilitating projects in infrastructure, healthcare, education, and social welfare.
Vice Chairman of Ward B1, Mr. Bakare Muyideen Oluwaseun, also described the turnout as evidence of the strong connection between Wale Raji and the people of Ise.
He explained that the traditional masquerade displayed at the event was highly symbolic and had not appeared publicly in many years.

Representatives from Wards B1, C1, and D1 equally declared their support for the lawmaker and pledged massive mobilization ahead of the political exercise scheduled for May 15.
Addressing supporters, Rep. Wale Raji appreciated residents for the warm reception and called for peaceful, issue-based politics across the constituency.
He advised politicians and supporters to avoid bitterness, insults, and the spread of false information during political engagements.
According to the lawmaker, politics should focus on service, ideas, and development rather than hostility and blackmail.

Wale Raji also highlighted several projects executed during his tenure, including road construction, healthcare interventions, educational support programmes, solar-powered electricity projects, and market development initiatives.
He assured constituents that more development projects focused on youth empowerment, infrastructure, and economic growth would be delivered if re-elected.
The event concluded with prayers, cultural displays, and renewed declarations of support from residents who described Wale Raji as a leader committed to the progress of Epe Federal Constituency.
