The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, has been named Grand Patron of the Association of Local Government Internal Auditors, Lagos State.
Epe Insights reports that the honour was announced during a courtesy visit by the executive members of the Association to the chairman’s office.
The delegation was led by the Association’s Vice Chairman and Internal Auditor of Eti-Osa East LCDA, Mrs. Olaitan Fabunmi.
Speaking during the visit, the delegation commended Hon. Olowa for his commitment to integrity, accountability, and good governance in local government administration.
According to the auditors, the chairman’s track record and wealth of experience in public service informed the Association’s decision to appoint him as its Grand Patron.
They noted that his leadership qualities and contributions to grassroots governance would greatly benefit the growth and development of the Association.
The delegation also sought the chairman’s support for seminars, professional training programmes, and other capacity-building initiatives aimed at improving the skills and effectiveness of members.

He assured the delegation that he would discharge the responsibilities attached to the honorary position with dedication and commitment.
