The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, has commended the Lagos State Government for its latest landmark infrastructure projects commissioned in Alausa, Ikeja.
Epe Insights reports that the commissioning ceremony, held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, took place at the newly named Bola Ahmed Tinubu Administrative Complex, with Senate President Godswill Akpabio representing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The event featured the formal inauguration of the Ojota-Opebi Link Bridge and a newly completed Multi-Agency Administrative Building in Alausa.
Hon. Olowa described the projects as transformative developments aimed at easing traffic congestion and improving connectivity across key parts of Lagos State.
He noted that the infrastructure would significantly enhance movement within busy corridors such as Ikeja, Ojota, and surrounding communities.
The council chairman praised the Lagos State Government for its continued investment in critical infrastructure that supports economic growth and urban development.

He added that the newly commissioned Multi-Agency Building would improve coordination among government agencies and enhance service delivery.
According to him, efficient infrastructure remains central to boosting productivity and improving the quality of governance in the state.
Hon. Olowa reaffirmed the commitment of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government to sustained collaboration with both the Federal and State Governments.
He emphasized that such partnerships are essential for delivering more development projects to residents across the state.

The Ojota-Opebi Link Bridge is expected to reduce traffic pressure and provide faster commuting routes for residents and motorists in high-density areas.

The Multi-Agency Administrative Complex is also expected to streamline government operations by bringing multiple agencies under one coordinated facility.
