The presentation took place at the monarch’s palace, where the Gbadewolu expressed confidence in Olowu’s ability to provide effective representation for the people of Ibeju-Lekki.
According to the royal father, Olowu remains his preferred candidate for the constituency because of his experience, humility, accessibility and commitment to grassroots development.
The monarch said the donation was intended to strengthen grassroots mobilisation ahead of the election.

The donated campaign bus is expected to support movement and mobilisation efforts across various communities during the electioneering period.
The branded T-shirts and face caps will also help campaign supporters identify with the candidate and his political message during grassroots engagements.
Responding to the gesture, Olowu expressed deep appreciation to the Gbadewolu of Araromi Kingdom for the monarch’s support, royal blessings and fatherly encouragement.
He described the donation as a demonstration of confidence in his aspiration to represent Ibeju-Lekki Constituency I.
Olowu acknowledged the significance of the royal endorsement, noting that support from traditional institutions remains valuable in strengthening community engagement and grassroots participation.

The APC candidate further pledged to remain accessible to constituents and responsive to the needs of communities across Ibeju-Lekki.

Olowu’s aspiration has continued to attract attention within the constituency as political stakeholders, community leaders and supporters prepare for the 2027 electoral cycle.
The latest gesture from the Gbadewolu is expected to further energise his grassroots mobilisation efforts and strengthen his campaign structure across the constituency.
For supporters of the Olowu campaign, the donation represents more than campaign logistics, as it also reflects the confidence expressed by the traditional ruler in his capacity to serve.
The development comes at a time when political activities are gradually increasing across Lagos State as aspirants and political groups begin to intensify consultations and community engagements.
Ibeju-Lekki Constituency I remains an important political constituency, with stakeholders expected to play significant roles in shaping the direction of the 2027 election.
With the support of traditional and community stakeholders, Olowu is expected to continue his engagement with residents and groups across the constituency.
