FEDSA National paid a high-level courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area, Hon. Razak Kasali, to strengthen collaboration between student leadership and grassroots governance.

Epe Insights reports that the delegation emphasised its commitment to building purposeful partnerships that deliver measurable impact for students and young people within the Lekki axis.

A major highlight of the visit was the formal appreciation extended to the Chairman for the recent distribution of free JAMB forms to students across the council area.

FEDSA leaders described the initiative as a bold educational intervention that has widened access to higher education opportunities for aspiring undergraduates.

According to the student body, the gesture demonstrates an administration that recognizes education as a powerful tool for transformation and social mobility.

They noted that easing the financial burden on families has restored hope and strengthened academic aspirations among youths in the community.

During the meeting, FEDSA National also informed the Chairman about its forthcoming Ramadan Lecture scheduled to hold within the LCDA.

The lecture is designed to promote spiritual reflection, unity, moral consciousness, and youth development among students and residents.

The National President stated that hosting the programme within the council reinforces FEDSA’s belief in community-based engagement and inclusive leadership.

He expressed optimism about sustained collaboration and support from the local government for initiatives that advance academic excellence and ethical leadership.

In his response, Hon. Kasali warmly received the delegation and reaffirmed his administration’s dedication to education, youth empowerment, and community advancement across Lekki LCDA.
