Lekki LCDA Intervenes as Pupils Receive Free School Bags at Otolu Primary School

The Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has distributed school bags to pupils of Community Primary School, Otolu, as part of efforts to support basic education and ease the burden on parents.

Epe Insights reports that the intervention followed an observation that many pupils in the school attend classes with old or damaged school bags, while some were forced to carry their books by hand — a situation that negatively affects learning and students’ confidence.
