Engr. Abiola Okanlawon Olowu, FSNE (OKL), has congratulated the newly installed Alashe of Ibeju Land, Chief Alashe Jamiu, on his installation.
Epe Insights reports that Olowu, the APC candidate for Lagos State House of Assembly, Ibeju-Lekki Constituency I, extended his congratulations to Chief Alashe Jamiu and the entire Alashe family on the significant occasion.
Olowu prayed for wisdom, strength, good health and understanding for the newly installed traditional leader as he assumes his responsibilities.
He also expressed hope that Chief Alashe Jamiu would uphold the values, customs and traditions of Ibeju Land while contributing to the peace and unity of the community.
The APC candidate commended His Royal Majesty, Oba Waliu Olasunkanmi Rasak Oniwonlu, the Onibeju of Ibeju-Land, for his contribution to the installation and preservation of the traditional institution.
According to Olowu, the monarch’s commitment to preserving the heritage and traditional values of Ibeju-Land deserves recognition.
He equally praised the Chiefs of the Onibeju for their cooperation, dedication and collective efforts towards promoting peace, unity and harmony within the community.
Olowu further prayed for continued strength and wisdom for the Onibeju, the chiefs, the newly installed Alashe and other traditional institutions in Ibeju-Land.
He expressed hope that Ibeju-Land would continue to experience peace, progress, unity and prosperity under the guidance of its traditional institutions.
