The Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), has presented new official vehicles to three paramount traditional rulers in the council area, reinforcing his administration’s commitment to supporting traditional institutions and strengthening grassroots governance.
