Bogije Welcomes Dignitaries as Abiola Olowu Marks Birthday

Hon. Engr. Abiola Okanlawon Olowu (FNSE), the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Ibeju-Lekki Constituency I in the Lagos State House of Assembly election, celebrated his birthday with political leaders, traditional rulers, party faithful and constituents at his residence in Bogije.

The celebration was marked by gratitude, fellowship and appreciation as guests converged on the Olowu residence to honour the APC flag bearer.

Supporters described the event as more than a birthday celebration, noting that it reflected the strong relationship Hon. Olowu has built with residents through years of community service and grassroots engagement.

From the early hours of the afternoon, guests from different communities, professional backgrounds and political interests began arriving at the venue.

Earlier in the day, Hon. Olowu participated in an official engagement alongside the Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa.

Both leaders accompanied Lagos State Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu during an inspection of flood-affected areas in Gbetu Community as part of ongoing efforts to assess the impact of recent heavy rainfall.

The inspection demonstrated Hon. Olowu’s continued participation in issues affecting residents and his support for government initiatives aimed at addressing environmental challenges.

Following the official assignment, Hon. Olowa accompanied Hon. Olowu to the birthday celebration, where both leaders received guests and interacted with supporters.

Among the dignitaries present was Hon. AbdulKabir Ogungbo, Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Revenue and Taxation.
