The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, has led a delegation of traditional rulers to perform the groundbreaking ceremony of Boing Golf Estate.
Epe Insights reports that the ceremony marks the official commencement of construction on the new estate. It is seen as a major step toward expanding housing and infrastructure in the council area.
The delegation included prominent monarchs from Ibeju-Lekki. Among them were the Onibeju of Ibeju, Oba Razaq Waliu Olasunkanmi Oguntolu.
Also present was the Onisolu of Solu-Alade, Oba Balogun Muhideen Adebowale. The Gbadewolu of Araromi, Oba Lukman Arowolo, was equally in attendance.
The team was received at the project site by the Managing Director of Boing Golf Estate. The visit provided an opportunity to assess the scope of the development.

Speaking at the event, Hon. Olowa described the project as a significant partnership. He noted that it reflects the council’s support for credible private investors.
He emphasized the importance of delivering quality housing. According to him, such developments will improve living standards and attract investment.
