The Concerned Nation Builders Initiative has distributed over 300 food bags to vulnerable residents in Epe Division during the 5th edition of its Food Palliative Outreach.
Epe Insights reports that the outreach targeted low-income households, the elderly, and individuals facing hardship.
Each beneficiary received two bags due to lower-than-expected turnout, ensuring equitable distribution of all items.
Organizers emphasized that the programme goes beyond food distribution.

It reflects the club’s commitment to unity, inclusiveness, and community support, sending a message of hope and solidarity.
A representative of CNI highlighted that rising living costs and limited income opportunities have left many families struggling to afford basic meals.
The outreach was designed to ease this burden and show that vulnerable members are valued in society.
The initiative also called for compassion, collaboration, and people-centered development. Leaders urged public officials to prioritize policies that empower citizens, especially youths and marginalized groups.

Donors, volunteers, and community leaders were commended for their contributions, which ensured the success of the programme. Their collective efforts helped extend the reach and impact of the outreach.
Beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the support. Many noted that the extra provision would significantly help their families navigate economic difficulties.
CNI organizers also stressed the importance of long-term solutions. While food palliatives offer immediate relief, sustainable development initiatives are needed to improve livelihoods and create opportunities for the community.
The outreach reinforces the club’s mission to support vulnerable residents and strengthen community cohesion. It also serves as a model for inclusive and compassionate engagement in Epe Division.
