The All Progressives Congress (APC) has unveiled the PBAT-KOH Ibeju-Lekki LGA/Lekki LCDA Campaign Secretariat along the Oribanwa axis of the Epe-Ibeju-Lekki Expressway.
Epe Insights reports that the ultramodern facility, led by foremost Ibeju-Lekki APC leader Chief Bode Oyedele, is designed to serve as a central hub for grassroots mobilisation, voter engagement and coordination of party activities across Ibeju-Lekki and Lekki LCDA.
Oyedele led APC chieftains, stakeholders and community leaders to the unveiling of the secretariat.
He described the establishment of the facility as necessary for improving accessibility, visibility and coordination of party activities within the area.
According to him, the campaign office demonstrates the APC’s commitment to bringing leadership closer to residents.
The facility is strategically located along the Oribanwa axis, providing access to communities within the Ibeju-Lekki and Lekki LCDA areas.
Oyedele also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the Renewed Hope Agenda.
He said the Federal Government’s policies and infrastructure investments have strengthened the strategic importance of Ibeju-Lekki.
The APC leader identified the Lekki Deep Seaport, Dangote Refinery and emerging road networks as major developments transforming the corridor.
He described Ibeju-Lekki as an increasingly important investment and development location in Lagos State and Nigeria.
Oyedele expressed confidence that ongoing investments would continue to expand economic opportunities within the area.
He also declared his support for Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, expressing optimism about the Deputy Governor’s capacity to advance development in Lagos.
The APC chieftain described the current Sanwo-Olu/Hamzat administration as a continuity government focused on competence, inclusiveness and people-oriented development.
He expressed the belief that Ibeju-Lekki would benefit from the next phase of development under continued APC leadership.
The unveiling attracted prominent APC leaders and stakeholders from across the area.
Among those present were the Chairman of Lekki LCDA, Hon. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali, and former Lekki LCDA Chairman, Hon. Barr. Olaitan Ogidan.
Also in attendance were the Ibeju-Lekki Woman Leader, Alhaja Moibi Raji, and Leader of Leaders, Dr. Odutola Kasali.
Council officials, councillors and community leaders also participated in the ceremony.
The event featured the unveiling of campaign banners supporting President Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima.
Banners representing other APC candidates and political figures were also unveiled during the ceremony.
They included Senator Tokunbo Abiru, Hon. Bayo Balogun, Hon. Abiola Okanlawon Olowu and Hon. Oladele Ajayi.
The campaign secretariat was subsequently toured by party leaders and stakeholders.
Participants described the facility as modern and suitable for coordinating grassroots activities.
Hon. Abiola Okanlawon Olowu, APC candidate for Ibeju-Lekki Constituency I, commended the establishment of the campaign office.
Olowu described the facility as a strategic investment in the future of Ibeju-Lekki.
He said the secretariat would improve access to leadership and strengthen coordination among party stakeholders.
According to him, the facility would also support efforts to ensure that the benefits of progressive governance reach communities across Ibeju-Lekki.
The campaign office is expected to provide a central location for meetings, coordination and engagement with grassroots supporters.
It is also expected to support voter mobilisation and communication among party structures across the local government and LCDA.
The unveiling comes as political activities continue to develop ahead of future elections.
Party leaders used the occasion to reinforce their commitment to grassroots engagement and stronger party coordination.
