Executives of the Lagos State Council Chairmen’s Wives Association, LASCCWA, have paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, to strengthen collaboration on community initiatives.

EpeInsights learnt that the visit, held at the council secretariat, focused on enhancing partnerships between local government chairmen and their spouses to promote grassroots development across Lagos State.

Hon. Olowa, who also chairs the Conference 57 of council chairmen, commended LASCCWA for supporting government programmes in education, health, and women’s empowerment.

He described the association as a vital partner in improving family welfare and community well-being, stressing the importance of continued collaboration for greater impact.

Discussions during the meeting highlighted plans for joint projects in education, healthcare delivery and poverty alleviation across all 57 councils in the state.

The visit was described as warm and productive, reaffirming LASCCWA’s commitment to advancing unity and supporting developmental policies at the grassroots.
