Hon. Wale Raji Anomo has been awarded a Doctorate Fellowship alongside an Award of Excellent Leadership in Good Governance by the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics.
Epe Insights reports that the recognition ceremony, held at the Council Secretariat in Agbowa, Ikosi-Ejirin Local Council Development Area, saw Anomo emerge as one of ten Local Government and LCDA Chairmen selected across Lagos State for the honour.
Officials of the institute, who conducted the ceremonial decoration, attributed the award to his strong record in grassroots development, transparency, and execution of people-focused projects.
They noted that his leadership has demonstrated measurable impact in governance and community advancement.
In his acceptance remarks, Hon. Anomo expressed appreciation for the recognition and dedicated the award to the people of Ikosi-Ejirin LCDA.
He stated that the honour would further motivate him to deliver greater dividends of democracy and sustain development efforts within the council area.
