The Supervisor for Budget, Planning, Information and Strategy in Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area, Hon. AbdulHamid Areh, has called on staff to remain diligent and committed in their duties, as the administration intensifies efforts toward effective governance.

Epe Insights reports that the charge was delivered during a familiarization meeting held at the Council Secretariat in Agbowa. The session brought together key officials, including the Special Adviser on Budget, Hon. Onanuga Titilope, and the Head of Department, Mrs. Aremu Olufunmilayo.

Hon. Areh commended the department’s staff for their consistency, resilience, and dedication over the years. He noted that their efforts have been instrumental in maintaining the council’s planning and budgeting framework.

He emphasized the strategic importance of the Budget, Planning, Research and Statistics Department in driving the administration’s development agenda. According to him, professionalism, accuracy, and teamwork remain critical to achieving effective results.

The supervisor assured staff of a supportive and inclusive working environment. He reaffirmed his commitment, alongside that of the Special Adviser, to fostering collaboration that enhances productivity and service delivery.

Highlighting the value of unity, Hon. Areh stressed the need for collective responsibility among staff. He noted that shared commitment is essential for achieving meaningful progress within the council.
