Lekki LCDA Communities Youth Development Association, have extended a heartfelt message of congratulations to Hon. Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE) following his official swearing-in for a second term as Executive Chairman of the council.
EpeInsights reports that the swearing-in ceremony, held on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at the Lagos State Government House, Alausa, was presided over by Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, who also presented Certificates of Office to all Chairmen elected in the July 12 local government elections across Lagos State.
In a statement released today, the youth body described Engr. Kasali’s re-election not just as a political win but as “a resounding endorsement of his people-centered and transformational leadership.”
“With great pride and profound joy, we, the entire youth of Lekki LCDA, heartily congratulate our indefatigable and visionary leader on his official swearing-in,” the association stated.
“Your triumphant return is a reflection of your unwavering commitment to progress and a better future for our communities.”
Highlighting accomplishments from his first term, the youth praised Kasali’s focus on infrastructure, education, health, and economic development.
They also expressed confidence that his renewed mandate would bring “bold innovations and youth-driven empowerment initiatives.”
The group reaffirmed its commitment to standing firmly behind the Chairman’s vision and working collaboratively to build a stronger, more inclusive Lekki LCDA.

The second-term agenda of Engr. Kasali is expected to focus on consolidating achievements from his first tenure while scaling up development efforts across all sectors to meet the growing needs of the LCDA’s diverse and expanding population.
