The Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali, has extended warm birthday greetings to former Senator Gbenga Ashafa, lauding his legacy of service and continued impact on national development.
EpeInsights reports that in a goodwill message released on Tuesday, Engr. Kasali praised Senator Ashafa for his enduring contributions to Lagos State and Nigeria, particularly during his tenure as Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District.
“Happy birthday sir; this is thanking you for your many years of service to Lagos and Nigeria,” the statement read. “As Senator for Lagos East, you were known for championing reforms and helping the country to grow, especially in infrastructure.”
Engr. Kasali also acknowledged Ashafa’s ongoing support for grassroots development and youth empowerment. He noted the senator’s remarkable role as a leader in the Federal Housing Authority, attributing significant improvements in housing delivery and living standards across the country to his stewardship.
“Your leadership through the Federal Housing Authority has brought more homes and better living across the country,” he said.
