In a heartwarming gesture of service, the Egbe Bobagunte Obirin of Odo-Egiri Kingdom is giving back to the community through a Free Medical Outreach set to take place on Saturday, June 7th, 2025, at the Community Town Hall, Odo-Egiri.
EpeInsights reports that the outreach, which will run from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, aims to provide vital healthcare services to residents including medical consultations, basic checkups and health education at no cost.
Organisers say the initiative is part of their ongoing commitment to uplifting the well-being of the community, particularly as many families continue to face challenges accessing routine healthcare.
“This is about showing love to our people,” said a representative of Egbe Bobagunte Obirin.
“We want our mothers, fathers, children and young people to enjoy good health. When the community is healthy, it can thrive.”
Residents have been encouraged to arrive early and take advantage of the opportunity, while also spreading the word to neighbors and loved ones.
With growing enthusiasm across Odo-Egiri, the outreach is expected to draw a large turnout, a testament to the power of grassroots women’s groups and their impact on local development.
Health is wealth, and tomorrow, Odo-Egiri takes a step closer to both.
