Secretary of the Lagos State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board (LSCPWB), Dr. Gbolabo Okudero, has paid a strategic courtesy visit to the Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC), Bishop Stephen Adegbite, in Abuja.

EpeInsights reports that te visit marked a significant milestone in the build-up to the 2025 Christian pilgrimage exercise, as Bishop Adegbite pledged NCPC’s full support for Lagos’ participation, affirming that preparations are already in motion.

During their meeting, Bishop Adegbite lauded the unflinching commitment of Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and the First Lady, Dr. (Mrs.) Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, for their continued investment in spiritual development through pilgrimage.

He also congratulated Dr. Okudero on his recent appointment, describing Lagos as a “pacesetter in pilgrimage operations” across the country.

Dr. Okudero was accompanied by Mrs. Kehinde Omisore, Director of Operations, and Mrs. Ebunoluwa Adeola Olagoke, Director of Media and Public Affairs, as they discussed collaboration strategies to ensure a spiritually enriching and logistically seamless 2025 pilgrimage experience for Lagos pilgrims.
