The Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), has congratulated Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, on his birthday.
