The Executive Chairman of Eredo LCDA, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, has reaffirmed his support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and urged residents to support Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat in the Lagos State governorship election.
Epe Insights reports that Akinloye made the call while encouraging youths and residents across Eredo LCDA to participate actively in the electoral process and make their votes count.
The council chairman urged eligible residents to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) ahead of the forthcoming elections.
He described the PVC as an important tool for citizens who want to participate in choosing their preferred candidates.
Akinloye particularly called on Eredo youths to take the electoral process seriously.
He encouraged them to register, collect their PVCs and participate peacefully on election day.
According to the chairman, active participation in elections gives residents an opportunity to influence the direction of governance at different levels.
He urged the people of Eredo to examine the records, programmes and leadership qualities of candidates before making their choices.
Akinloye reaffirmed his support for President Tinubu, expressing confidence in the President’s leadership and ongoing programmes.
He also declared his support for Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat as his preferred candidate for Lagos State governor.
The chairman urged residents who share his political position to mobilise responsibly and participate in the electoral process.

Akinloye also appealed to community leaders, youths and other stakeholders in Eredo LCDA to encourage eligible residents to obtain their PVCs.
