Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, has received members of the Association of Local Government Internal Auditors, Lagos State, during a courtesy visit to his office.
Epe Insights reports that the delegation was led by the Vice Chairman of the Association and Internal Auditor of Eti-Osa East LCDA, Mrs. Olaitan Fabunmi, alongside other executive members of the body.
The auditors visited the chairman to formally appreciate his acceptance of the position of Grand Patron of the Association.
According to the delegation, Hon. Olowa was selected for the honorary role in recognition of his commitment to integrity, accountability, transparency, and good governance in local government administration.
They noted that his leadership experience and contributions to grassroots governance would serve as valuable assets to the Association and its members.
The delegation also sought the chairman’s support for professional development initiatives, including seminars, training programmes, workshops, and other capacity-building activities for internal auditors across Lagos State.
