Lekki Kingdom came alive today as residents, traditional chiefs, and dignitaries gathered for the vibrant celebration of Ojude Oba Onilekki 2026 in honour of His Royal Majesty, Oba Liasim Olumuyiwa Ogunbekun, the Onilekki of Lekki Kingdom.
Epe Insights reports that the cultural festival attracted sons and daughters of Lekki, community leaders, youth groups, and cultural enthusiasts from within and outside the community to celebrate the rich traditions and identity of the kingdom.

Representing the Executive Arm of Lekki LCDA, the Executive Chairman, Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), joined other dignitaries in paying homage to the revered monarch during the colourful celebration.
He reaffirmed the council’s commitment to promoting and preserving the cultural heritage of Lekki Kingdom. According to him, cultural identity remains a strong foundation for unity and community development.
