Wale Raji has performed the groundbreaking ceremony for Omola Community Primary School and Omola Junior High School in Kula-Nla, Odomola.
Epe Insights reports that the event, held along Kula-Nla Road, attracted traditional rulers, political leaders, religious figures, and residents from across Eredo Local Council Development Area.
The initiative is aimed at improving access to education at the grassroots level.
The Executive Chairman of Eredo LCDA, Monsuru Akinloye, was represented by Vice Chairman Lateef Adesanya, alongside members of the council cabinet. Their presence underscored the council’s commitment to education development.

Speaking at the ceremony, Raji stressed the importance of proximity to education. He noted that children should not travel long distances before accessing learning opportunities.
He explained that the schools form part of his 2026 constituency projects. According to him, the goal is to bring quality education closer to communities and improve learning conditions.

The lawmaker also highlighted his direct involvement in establishing schools across the constituency. He noted that beyond facilitation, he has personally founded several schools to expand access to education.
Raji listed communities that have benefited from similar projects, including Ilege, Oko-Abe, Temu, Owu-Ikosi, and Kula-Nla. He added that the current project will further strengthen educational infrastructure in the area.

Beyond education, he pointed to ongoing infrastructure projects such as road construction and solar-powered facilities. These include developments in Mojoda, Pobo, and Aladepekun, which are nearing completion.
Traditional rulers at the event commended the initiative as a lasting legacy. Adesina Adebowale praised the lawmaker for his continued contributions to community development.
Stakeholders described the project as timely and impactful. They expressed optimism that it will improve enrollment and enhance the quality of education in Odomola.
The groundbreaking ceremony highlights ongoing efforts to expand infrastructure at the grassroots. It also reflects a broader commitment to sustainable development across Eredo LCDA.
