Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa has shared a fresh progress update on Citrus Gardens, a flagship housing development project in Epe aimed at expanding affordable home ownership.
Epe Insights reports that the project, initiated in collaboration with the Lagos State Government under Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, is advancing steadily following its groundbreaking in mid-2025.
Construction activities have intensified on site, with foundational works, structural developments, and key infrastructure components already taking visible shape. Officials confirmed that the project remains on schedule.
Citrus Gardens is designed as a modern and affordable housing scheme targeted at improving living standards in one of Lagos State’s fastest-growing corridors. The development is expected to support inclusive growth and address housing demands within the axis.
