Hon. (Engr.) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, has attended the 40th-day prayer ceremony for the late Oba Lamoriu Kayode Isiaka, in solidarity with the Olatunji family.

Epe Insights reports that the solemn Islamic prayer session was held to honour the memory of the late royal father, who was also the father of the Vice Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Isiaka Yusif Olatunji.

The gathering brought together political leaders, traditional rulers, religious clerics, and community stakeholders to offer prayers for the peaceful repose of the monarch’s soul and comfort for the bereaved family.

Hon. Olowa, while condoling with the family, described the late Oba Isiaka as a man of honour and dignity whose life of service left a lasting legacy within his community and beyond.

He noted that the late monarch’s contributions to peace, culture, and community development would continue to inspire future generations.

The ceremony also attracted notable dignitaries, including the Member representing Ibeju-Lekki Constituency I in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Mojeed Fatai Adebola, and the Executive Chairman of Lekki LCDA, Hon. Razaq Bamidele Kasali.

Political stakeholders, community leaders, and well-wishers from within and outside Ibeju-Lekki were also present, united in prayers and reflection.
