Governor Sanwo-Olu has unveiled the Lagos Electronic Physical Planning Process System (EPPPS), a major step in digitising the state’s physical planning and building approval processes.
Epe Insight reports that the launch took place on Friday, 14 November 2025, at the Royal Box Event Centre in Victoria Island, where stakeholders from the built environment, tech sector, and government agencies gathered to witness the introduction of the new system. The EPPPS platform aims to streamline planning applications, improve transparency, reduce processing delays, and eliminate challenges associated with manual documentation.
