The Tobun Abiodun Dynasty has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Mrs. Funmilola Rahmon, the beloved wife of the Secretary to the Local Government (SLG) of Epe Local Government.
EpeInsights reports that a statement released by the group said Mrs. Rahmon passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, after a brief illness.
Her death, the statement noted, has left a painful void within the political family and across the wider Epe community, where she was known for her warmth, humility, and supportive spirit.
“With heavy hearts and total submission to the will of Allah (SWT), we announce the sad demise of Mrs. Funmilola Rahmon,” the statement read.
“She was a dedicated and cherished member of our political family whose contributions and loyalty will never be forgotten.”
In accordance with Islamic rites, Mrs. Rahmon will be laid to rest today, Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
The Tobun Abiodun Dynasty extended its heartfelt condolences to the Rahmon family, the Secretary to the Local Government and all who mourn her loss, praying for divine comfort and strength during this difficult time.
“We pray that Almighty Allah grants the soul of the departed eternal rest in Aljannah Firdaus and gives the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss,” the statement concluded.
