The incumbent chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Adewale Anomo, has secured the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket ahead of the upcoming local government elections slated for July 12.
EpeInsights reports that Anomo emerged victorious in the party’s primary election held at the APC Secretariat in ACME, Ikeja.
He garnered 22 votes, with only one invalid ballot recorded during the exercise.
With this win, Hon. Anomo is now poised to contest for a second term as chairman under the APC platform, as the party intensifies preparations for the local government polls across Lagos State.
