The lawmaker representing Epe Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives and Chairman of the House Committee on Livestock Development, Rep. Wale Raji, has extended warm felicitations to his colleague and brother, Hon. Sylvester Ogunkelu (popularly known as Sketel), on the occasion of his birthday.
