The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, on Tuesday visited St. Peter’s Primary School, Magbon Alade, to assess ongoing and urgent infrastructure projects within the school premises.
EpeInsights gathered that during the visit, Hon. Olowa inspected the perimeter fence currently under construction, which he confirmed is now over 95 percent complete. He also evaluated the condition of the classrooms, many of which were found to be in deplorable state and in dire need of reconstruction.
The Council Chairman expressed concern over the learning environment and assured that his administration is prioritizing the immediate rehabilitation and reconstruction of the classrooms to provide pupils with a conducive atmosphere for learning.
“Our children deserve quality facilities that will enhance their educational experience. We are committed to ensuring that no child in Ibeju-Lekki is left to learn in poor conditions,” Hon. Olowa stated.
