The Executive Chairman of Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, has extended heartfelt felicitations to Muslims in Eredo and across Nigeria on the occasion of Eid-ul-Mawlid, the commemoration of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
EpeInsights reports that in his goodwill message, Hon. Akinloye described the Prophet as the Seal of Prophets whose life and teachings remain a beacon of mercy, peace, love, and guidance for mankind.
“As we reflect on his noble character and timeless message, may we be inspired to uphold the values of compassion, justice, unity, and humility in our daily lives. This celebration should renew our collective commitment to peaceful coexistence, mutual respect and service to humanity,” he said.
The council boss prayed for divine blessings upon families, the people of Eredo LCDA, Lagos State, and the nation at large, urging the faithful to continue to embody the Prophet’s virtues in their communities.
“May Almighty Allah bless our land with enduring peace, prosperity, and guidance. Wishing everyone a joyous and spiritually uplifting Eid-ul-Mawlid,” he added.
The annual Eid-ul-Mawlid celebration is observed by Muslims worldwide in remembrance of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), a day that calls for renewed faith and devotion to his exemplary lifestyle.
