As Muslims across the world commemorate the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW), the lawmaker representing Epe Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Wale Raji, has extended warm Maulud Nabiy greetings to his constituents and Nigerians at large.
EpeInsights reports that in his goodwill message, Rep. Raji described the occasion as a time for reflection on the Prophet’s exemplary life and teachings, which emphasize compassion, humility, truthfulness, and justice.
“May this sacred occasion bring peace, renewed faith and abundant blessings to our lives and our nation. Let us emulate the Prophet’s virtues of compassion, humility, and truthfulness in our daily affairs,” he said.
The Chairman of the House Committee on Livestock Development further prayed for Allah’s continued guidance, unity, and prosperity for Nigeria, urging citizens to imbibe the spirit of love and peaceful coexistence in building a stronger nation.
“May our homes be filled with mercy, and our land with justice and peace,” he added.
The annual Maulud Nabiy celebration, which marks the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), is observed by Muslims worldwide as a reminder of the Prophet’s legacy and his enduring message of peace and kindness to humanity.
