The Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), has intensified efforts to improve road infrastructure across the council area with the construction of a 500-metre road in Folu Town.
EpeInsights addition to the newly completed road, the council boss has also facilitated the opening of access roads in Idata, Ilagbo, Igbolomi, and Ise towns, deploying crushed stone base and sand filling to make long-impassable routes motorable.
For years, residents of these communities had faced serious mobility challenges due to poor road conditions, hampering economic activities and access to essential services. The latest interventions by the council chairman are being described as a timely relief.
Engr. Kasali, popularly known as RBK, has consistently emphasized the importance of prioritizing critical infrastructure to foster development across Lekki LCDA. According to him, step by step, the council is building “a better Lekki LCDA in a never-seen-before fashion.”
The chairman’s strides in infrastructure continue to attract commendations from residents who view the road projects as a major boost to local commerce, transportation, and general quality of life.
