The Treasurer of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Lagos State Chapter, Amb. Ibraheem Ogunbanwo, has extended warm birthday wishes to Mr. Hassan Bashir Oluwakemi, fondly known as General Bashexy, Senior Legislative Aide to Hon.
