Aspirant for the Federal House of Representatives under the Labour Party (LP) for Epe Federal Constituency, Dr. Abdulkareem Onakoya, has extended heartfelt Eid-ul-Adha greetings to Muslims across the country.

EpeInsights reports that in a goodwill message released to mark the annual celebration, Dr. Onakoya congratulated Muslims on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, also known as I’dul Kabir, describing it as a time for reflection, sacrifice and unity.

He urged them to embrace the spirit of the season by sharing love and kindness with neighbours, friends and colleagues.

“I sincerely wish my brothers and sisters in Islam resounding festive moments as we rejoice to celebrate this year’s I’dul Kabir,” he said.

He encouraged the Muslim faithful to extend their joy to those around them, noting that the celebration presents an opportunity to strengthen communal bonds.

“Let’s use this opportunity to share part of our joyful minutes with our neighbours, friends and colleagues,” he added.

Dr. Onakoya, who holds a PhD and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants (FNIMC), also offered prayers for divine blessings and ease in the affairs of all Nigerians.

“I pray Allaah to bless us the more and ease all our affairs,” he concluded.

The Epe LP hopeful, who is eyeing a seat in the House of Representatives in the 2027 general elections, emphasized his commitment to service and unity, aligning his message with the values of sacrifice and compassion symbolized by the Eid celebration.

Eid-ul-Adha, one of the most important festivals in the Islamic calendar, commemorates the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to God, and is marked by prayers, feasting, and charitable acts.Epe LP Aspirant Felicitates Muslims on Eid-ul-Adha, Calls for Unity, Generosity
