The Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE) has successfully delivered a comprehensive rehabilitation of the Apakin Primary Health Centre, reinforcing his administration’s commitment to improving healthcare infrastructure across the community.

Epe Insights reports that the upgraded facility underwent major structural and aesthetic improvements designed to enhance service delivery and provide residents with a safer, more functional health environment.

According to the LCDA, the rehabilitation works carried out include the repair of the long-damaged, leaking roof, complete renovation of the security house and its roofing, installation of new tiles, replacement of worn-out doors with modern fittings, and installation of a new entrance gate. The entire building also received a fresh coat of paint, giving the health centre a revitalised and welcoming appearance.

The Chairman noted that the project aligns with his administration’s broader initiative to strengthen primary healthcare services across Lekki LCDA, ensuring that communities have access to reliable and well-maintained medical facilities.
